Third Transnational Project Meeting of the “Digital Transformation in Special Education” Project Held in Soest
The third Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ project “Digital Transformation in Special Education” (Project No: 2023-1-TR01-KA220-SCH-000160579) was successfully held on February 19-20, 2025, in Soest, Netherlands. Hosted by the Netherlands team, the meeting commenced with a holistic analysis of the current progress of all developed Intellectual Outputs (IOs). The partners evaluated the current stage of integrating the mobile application with the educational content and reviewed the teacher training program structure to finalize it prior to full content creation. Additionally, the consortium focused on the optimization of the online platform based on initial feedback and user experience.
On the second day, the partnership worked on the detailed structuring of the dissemination plan for the project results and outcomes. This was followed by an analysis of initial stakeholder feedback and consolidated data from project management. To ensure a seamless approach to the project’s administrative requirements, the team developed the final reporting strategy and allocated tasks in accordance with European Commission standards. The meeting concluded with a comprehensive review of the project milestones and the current financial status.
