Fourth Transnational Project Meeting of the “Digital Transformation in Special Education” Project Held in Vrgorac
The fourth and final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Erasmus+ project “Digital Transformation in Special Education” (Project No: 2023-1-TR01-KA220-SCH-000160579) was successfully held on September 30 and October 1, 2025, in Vrgorac, Croatia. Hosted by the Croatian team, this concluding meeting primarily focused on the finalization and launch of the joint project website, as well as planning for the project’s future sustainability.
During the meeting, partners engaged in reviewing the drafting and structuring of content regarding the project and the consortium for the joint website. The team carefully examined and finalized the educational content summaries prior to their web integration. Discussions also centered around the evaluation of the website’s layout, core infrastructure development, and overall site planning. To ensure a seamless user experience, a thorough review of the mobile-responsive and accessible design was conducted, alongside comprehensive pre-launch debugging processes.
As the meeting progressed, attention shifted to the translation of the website’s primary sections into a second language, ensuring strict cross-linguistic consistency. The partnership analyzed visitor engagement metrics and usability feedback, implementing necessary improvements before the final and official launch of the project website. The meeting, and the project’s active implementation phase, successfully culminated with the establishment of robust strategies for post-project sustainability, continued collaboration, and international academic networking, followed by the official closing of the event.
