This project aimed to develop an ICT-based product, course module and online platform which will increase the knowledge and life quality of students with special needs.

• An individual education plan (IEP) will be created for making data-oriented effective decisions during the special education process
• Students’ needs will be determined more accurately because an IEP with an ICT-based documentation system will include the developments achieved by our students at all levels.
• An effective and efficient model will be presented to decision makers.
